President Muhammadu Buhari Bows to Atiku, Calls for Negotiations

PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU  BUHARI BOWS TO ATIKU, CALLS FOR NEGOTIATIONS

We will recall that the last election which took place on the 29th February 2019, two major candidates under the  most popular parties PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC PARTY PDP AND ALL PROGRESSIVE CONGRESS, APC which was represented by Atiku Abubakar and President Muhammad Buhari.

There was mix feelings as regards one of the major campaign of the representative of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP when he spoke about how he will sell the Nations major source of income to some individuals he regarded as his friends saying he will sell NNPC to enrich his friends.

The whole country was put into disarray as Nigerians wondered if this won't be good as selling the whole country if NNPC is sold

Nigerians, both home and abroad condemned this plan. We can not afford to sell our major source of income. This will cause a hike in the price of the petrol, kerosene, etc pump price. The opposition party also made emphasis on this as they  entirely went against this move by PDP.

It is quite surprising that President Muhammad Buhari has taken a move to adopt the plan of the former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar.

We gathered that the APC government, led by  President Muhammad Buhari has been making plans to move the Nigerian National Petroleum Cooperation (NNPC) holds to private investors, a plan which was documented by  Former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar in his campaign in the last election. Amb. Aliyu bin Abass started. A former SA on youths and support groups to the former vice president.

Now we do not know how good this will be. But one thing that is certain is that Nigeria government needs to take only decisions that favors the masses and not decision that benefits their political brothers. Nigerians must stand up and start to challenge decisions of Nigeria leaders.
